Professional Baker

To qualify to be a Professional Baker you must meet 1 of the 2 following criteria below.

  1. Be a Established Restaurant, Bakery or Catering Company, or
  2. Have graduated with a degree from an accredited culinary school

Registration: $50 for a table.

All Professional Bakers are required to:

  • Complete Entry Form (Online prefered). 
  • Make 1 "Batch" (300 samples) of your best dessert(s);cookies, cakes, brownies, pies, or get creative.
  • Bring own serving pots, cups, trays or whatever is required to keep and serve your desserts. Electricty is available.
